I'm legit angry that the NHL has kept international play from us for so long. McDavid is well over 1000 pts into his career and hasn't even played on Team Canada with Crosby yet.

We need to do this again soon, with Russia included (call them Athletes From Russia or something if the war is still ongoing). Marchenko and Voronkov should be important players on that team now.

Me too, and Finland has been robbed of the most exciting generation of hockey players since Selänne, S. Koivu etc. The last true best-on-best tournament was Sochi 2014... at least it seems we'll get one in 2026 but that's a 12 year gap, which is ridiculous.
