I'm quite certain that that's exactly what's going to happen.Something I just thought of, if/when Werenski asks out, it causes a domino effect to.wggetd someone like Fantilli or Marchenko asks to be traded? This could completely destroy the franchise.
I'm quite certain that that's exactly what's going to happen.
Bob and Bread led to Jones and PLD, after all.
I'm sure they'll come up with something.PLD had a secretive "reason" that he still hasn't explained, iirc.

Turner Stevenson started the whole thing.I'm quite certain that that's exactly what's going to happen.

This looks like a Don Waddell buy if I’ve ever seen one *slaps car hood*
Ok, pump the brakes here. Signing a guy to a one year deal to see how it works is never a bad thing. Signing a vet to a one year deal also isn't a bad thing. And guys signing 2 way contracts and playing games up in the NHL is nothing new. This is making it seem like they all signed multi year several million dollar contracts. Grigorenko and Koivu signed for a grand total of 2.5 million. That is not a lot even during then. So lets slow down on criticism of a signing that isn't anywhere close to being a possibility yet. Several trade requests out of Columbus are more concreteOld enough to remember Mikhail Grigorenko, Mikko Koivu, Nathan Gerbe, and Stefan Matteau, among others.
Back then there was still reason for hope.Turner Stevenson started the whole thing.
Some times the best deals end up being the ones you don’t make .. Honestly, it’s frustrating, but in lieu of what we witnessed last night , be glad Don operates in a measured waythree straight drafts of waddell publicly saying they want to trade the pick, only to find no takers?
the man has negative levels of juice
I just watched it - he didn’t say that. He made that assumption that it would be the case because ColumbusI suppose its possible but those guys aren't in the Team USA group chat so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Marchenko thing only gives me pause due to Seravalli saying he's heard he might not want to re-sign either.
Now this I’m really interested in.
He's scored 25,27,19,28 and 23 goals in the past 5 seasons. That's top 6 production.I don't see how wanting a top-six forward explains interest in Jake DeBrusk.
As boring as it sounds, even if we get a McCann, the long term t6 solutions are KJ and/or Vronk getting their shit togetherIf Debrusk and McCann are DW’s primary targets, he should just overpay for Marchment. He needs to quit beating around the bush and actually pay up for a long term solution that upgrades the top 6. It’s been sorely needed for the past couple of years and he just refuses to pay up while our assets depreciate. Just dumb all around.
Oh boy it’s that Don Waddell last second offer music kicking in

I believe KJ can. The fact that he stayed those extra 3 weeks to work with coaches and training, presumably to get a new offseason program is a good sign.As boring as it sounds, even if we get a McCann, the long term t6 solutions are KJ and/or Vronk getting their shit together
Agree. Plus they said he was in tears in his exit interview. He knows he let the team down. He gives a shit, I'm expecting big things for him with Bones. Bones said all along just be yourself out there. That's what he has to do.I believe KJ can. I've been shit posting Waddell for a few days now but I do want to keep Marchment. So yeah, please do that.
are there any rumors on who we might be after ? Not really seeing Columbus name anywhere
