Why aim so low? I'd love to see them add McDavid.I know it won’t happen but I’d love to see them add Marner or Rantanen at the deadline
They were to damn slow. Dallas is a slow team that got eaten alive and exoosed in the playoffs. I never felt Dallas really ever threatened anything in that series. They had better team than Oilers in my opinion and choked hard in Game 6, when they outplayed Edmonton handidly. This year with loss of Pavelski and Seguin I don't have Stars going far in the playoffs. Let's see if they add pieces at the deadline.

Eaten alive and exposed in the playoffs for a team that has been 6 wins away from a Cup in back to back years is a funny take. They were to damn slow. Dallas is a slow team that got eaten alive and exoosed in the playoffs. I never felt Dallas really ever threatened anything in that series.
They had no business losing to Edmonton. They f***ed it up.They were to damn slow. Dallas is a slow team that got eaten alive and exoosed in the playoffs. I never felt Dallas really ever threatened anything in that series.
This is definitely not what I sawThey were to damn slow. Dallas is a slow team that got eaten alive and exoosed in the playoffs. I never felt Dallas really ever threatened anything in that series.
I honestly think they overachieved last year. Their young guys have regressed after having career years last year and their old guys are getting older.
Weird cope. They lost. Better team won - in 6 games too. They had no business losing to Edmonton. They f***ed it up.
They started the first half of this season with a virtually identical record to last season.I honestly think they overachieved last year. Their young guys have regressed after having career years last year and their old guys are getting older.
Take off your oil-smeared glasses brother!Weird cope. They lost. Better team won - in 6 games too.
Could just as easily say they had no business winning 2 out of the series. Edmonton ****ed up.
Never said they weren’t a good team just don’t think they are underachieving. They are right where they should be.They started the first half of this season with a virtually identical record to last season.
Well no, but you said they overachieved, which I am just pointing out the consistency means they definitely didn't overachieve.Never said they weren’t a good team just don’t think they are underachieving. They are right where they should be.
The only one coping is you. If the Stars meet the Oilers again, it won't end too well for the Stars. Oilers were clearly the better team. More efficient and didn't even need 7 games to dispose them. I'm not sure about you, but when 2 teams play a 7 game series and one teams starting goaltender is Stuart Skinner and the other team has Oettinger.... yet still lose in 6. That should be enough to figure out, which team outside the crease was better lolTake off your oil-smeared glasses brother!

Oilers were hanging on for dear life in game 6. Don’t kid yourself, that series could have gone either way. Dallas also went through a gauntlet in the first two rounds whereas Edmonton … not so much. But at no point did I think Edmonton was the better team lol.The only one coping is you. If the Stars meet the Oilers again, it won't end too well for the Stars. Oilers were clearly the better team. Of course you did. You were cheering against the Oil, just like any other Canadian hockey city. All good. You'll be cheering against them this year for 4 rounds too...ummm...Habs fan here, so no skin in the game, but I saw a much different Series last year...Dallas was the better team in 4 of those 6 games, imo...don't sleep on the Stars, especially since they'll have a boatload of cap space at the deadline...
4 out of 6? That seems ridiculous to say. Edmonton were clearly the better team in G1, G4 and G5. You would obviously think a team facing elimination would come out stronger in G6. G3 was pretty even and in no way were they clearly better. Skinner let in some extremely soft goals after being up 2-0 to end the 1st....ummm...Habs fan here, so no skin in the game, but I saw a much different Series last year...Dallas was the better team in 4 of those 6 games, imo...don't sleep on the Stars, especially since they'll have a boatload of cap space at the deadline...

Good one. We believe you. Please by all means which FOUR games were the stars better in......nope, I was actually cheering FOR Edmonton to bring the Cup back to Canada...defensive much??...
