He has to play a simple, rugged game..I hope he plays great.
I suspect he will.
Can't wait to see him knock that smug smile off the face of that annoying Tkachuk guy in Ottawa.
??Imagine if Timmins and Bergy drafted him instead of stupid Kotkaniemi , god I hate those guys.
Throw him in the trash alongside Slaf and Barron, they'll never improve. Oh and we have the worst prospect pool in the NHL btw. I read it here tonight.Did not assuage my blood lust in period 1. Bust.
If anything Guhle gets AHL time, Harris is ready and Barron is just about there. Guhle just got out of junior ans needs some seasoning in the pro ranks. I hope he ans barron go to AHL and jackeye and Harris complete the D corps unless we pick up some on waivers ans tankEddy, Matheson, Savard, Wideman, Barron, Guhle
Unless we unload Wideman, send the Ax and Harris down to be the 1st pairing in Laval.
I am totally tempted at this point to have Barron, Guhle, Ax and Harris all in the show, but I don't see how we make that happens.
I think if all four are place in the NHL, one of them for sure will emerge as the best of the bunch and begin to think like a top pair.
With Mailloux and Hutson still to come, our D depth is outstanding.
I guess an argument for Axe over the others is we have less to lose with him. Literally we didn't draft him. He is the most physically ready. It may propel him into the next level. The other more skilled guys may need that time in the A.
Good options. I honestly don't care at this point. All four of the main D rookies in camp look very promising. Mailloux and Hutson are coming as well. I think by 2024/25, we could see the following; If anything Guhle gets AHL time, Harris is ready and Barron is just about there. Guhle just got out of junior ans needs some seasoning in the pro ranks. I hope he ans barron go to AHL and jackeye and Harris complete the D corps unless we pick up some on waivers ans tank
