I noticed that when WIlson was on along with Lane Hutson, X jumped on to be his partner until Wilson got off the ice
We out hit a caps team that bullied us in games 1 and 2, totally turning things around physically, if you don’t think Xhekaj has something to do with that your arguing in bad faith. He was literally a non-factor except for the goal against. Game wouldn't have played out any differently with Struble in the lineup. Last change let Marty feast on their lineup with good matchups.
yeah it could have backfired and they could have lost the game 3-2 or 3-1The only time I noticed Xhekaj was when he missed a shot, and that other time when he fumbled the puck and we got scored on. He was invisible otherwise.
Who cares about what he did before the game, in a warmup.
That could have backfired and still can next game.
I don't think anyone is afraid him, he scored 1 goal this season. What is there to be afraid of?With Xhekaj in the lineup, he strikes fear into the other team, and the boys play tougher, harder, and bigger around him.
He put out a +1, 4 hits, what more do you want from bottom-pairing defensemen?
For the people still trying to claim he didn’t have any affect on the team and they would have played the same without him. Enough said.
You’re definitely blind and maybe a little something more. Sheeesh your sad to readI don't think anyone is afraid him, he scored 1 goal this season. What is there to be afraid of?
As a Habs fan your dislike of this player is truly over the top. I don't even dislike Tom Wilson and he is enemy #1.You think he Andy would say something bad about him? That's just what he's supposed to say as a team player. Everyone love Xhekaj but he's not very good.
Your blind love for him is concerning. As a Habs fan your dislike of this player is truly over the top. I don't even dislike Tom Wilson and he is enemy #1.
3 posts of the same bullshit. Haven’t you played high level sports ? You win being the hardest team to play against in several ways. That’s it.Please don't @ME with your ridiculous posts.
A undrafted player who has obvious flaws and is still learning is a future asset. It isn't blind love, it's respect for how he made it to this moment. He will imo always be a bottom pairing D and that's ok with me.Your blind love for him is concerning.
What does being an undrafted player have anything to do with the current situation?A undrafted player who has obvious flaws and is still learning is a future asset. It isn't blind love, it's respect for how he made it to this moment. He will imo always be a bottom pairing D and that's ok with me.
Most draft picks never make it this level, and undrafted player is an even bigger Longshot. What does being an undrafted player have anything to do with the current situation?
Why do you keep saying I hate him? Most draft picks never make it this level, and undrafted player is an even bigger Longshot.
I get it...you hate him and I question if you are even a Habs fan, your posts are pathetic at this point. I won't put you on ignore because I enjoy watching you making a fool of yourself. Keep it coming.
I read your posts. CheersWhy do you keep saying I hate him?
Just trying to be realistic. I love Xhekaj and wish him all the success but his WAR is below average.I read your posts. Cheers
Fair enough...I hope he succeeds because there aren't many true tough players who can play.Just trying to be realistic. I love Xhekaj and wish him all the success but his WAR is below average.
I really want him to make me eat crow.
After last night’s result they’ll make sure the hotdog vendors wear the same underwear. Zero changesIt will be hard to take him out now...

Xhekaj and Anderson are similar creatures, and no one here can convince that having both in the lineup didn't have a huge impact on the game.
Arber has flaws—hell, so does Matheson—but he has the heart of a lion, and he is the guy the skilled players love because he looks out for them. The same goes for Anderson.
Having these guys bring the ballz to the lineup helps every man on the roster to be themselves and play to their strengths.
