I want more than anything for him to get into the top 40. Would be absolutely amazing.

Also I just learned who Norm Ullman is, heh. But the rest of the names around...wow. Insane company, and well-deserved, and helps write his case for all the out-of-market folks who are just now seeing how great he is.

I am glad he gets to play his last several years with that air of reverence. The players always seemed to have it for him, but the media just absolutely gushes over him now and I love it, making up for lost time.

At this rate he will easily crack top 40. I think when he retires he will have cracked the top 30

3 years left at minimum with Byfield yet to hit his prime.. I think he at least gets 200 more points, that’ll put him at 1400 and top 25

Say what you want about Jeremy Roenick's personality, it's pretty disrespectful that he isn't in the hall of fame.

As far as the topic goes, pretty crazy some of the names Kopitar has passed. Pretty cool that he's also one of the few players on that list with one team.
It was surreal to me when he passed Bobby Clarke. Jean Beliveau is not far ahead. Enjoy him while we have him Kings fans.

The legend of A-Mart. Was the right move to trade him, but still miss him.

And Kopi... wow, its gonna be so sad when he finally hangs them up.

What a treat it has been watching Anze do the right things day after day , week after week, year after year. One of the best defensive centers ever, that averages close to a point per game, while assigned all the hard tasks, takes all the big draws and does it without high end scoring wingers. Should have had the MVP over Hall, 2 cups, numerous personal trophies and a Hockey Hall of Fame lock.

I am having more fun watching Kopi catch all these all-time greats. Especially some of the guys that were prominent in the 80s and 90s as it brings back great memories, watching them as a kid.

Go Kopi
