Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Know what is awesome? When you order something online for a Xmas gift. Then you pay $15 for 2 day shipping to make sure it comes before Christmas. You check FedEx tracking 4 days later, and find that the place you ordered from was in Aurora, IL. So the package gets picked up by FedEx there, and you think ok, cool, it'll go to the Chicago distribution center, then out for delivery to me. It's now 5 days after I ordered, and paid for 2 day shipping. I check tracking... and my f***ing order went from Chicago to the Memphis, TN distribution center for some goddamn reason. Awesome. Glad I paid for 2 day shipping only to now maybe not even get the order before Christmas. I f***ing hate FedEx with a passion.
It's ridiculous nonsense. I've had it happen a few times. I really never use the expedited shipping as a result.

Our OBGYN’s office is about 10 minutes from there so the Mrs. and I go there often. Some of my favorite tuna ever, great, great deli in general. Their desserts could be better but I’m honestly happy they’re not lol
Was just talking to my wife about this. I think it’s a total scam. Pay more for the super speedy expedited shipping? During the literal busiest time of the year? There’s no way they’ll get it there on time. There simply can’t be much prioritization when the 300 million people are sending and receiving gifts. I’m done with it personally. Our Christmas cards won’t ship out to family and friends before Christmas because of this

Tough to find a legit sub shop in Vancouver. Luckily I live a few blocks from one of the few good ones.
On the plus side, Vancouver is absolutely packed with great Banh Mi places. Its basically the vietnamese take on a sub, and its wonderful when done right.

A solid family joke from when my parents visited when I lived in Evanston and routinely went to Kaufmans was my mom out loud wondering while in the store why they didn’t have any ham sandwiches.
My dad and I were practically rolling before it clicked with my mom and she got embarrassed.
