And to identify who the worst is, they just select the first UFA that Benning signed and assign him to the lottery winner instead

He didn’t want to leave the Islanders so his ask from these teams was probably insane to scare them off. You can’t blame him though. He’s been here since getting drafted, his wife is from here and he just bought a larger house in the same neighborhood essentially.
