Jury is out on the more recent selections, so they won't be under a microscope, but Jack Hughes in 2022 is a major disappointment, as are a good majority of the other 2nd round selections. Their best pick in the second round was traded, as was their best pick in the 1st round.
That is a masterclass in awful asset management. This regime should be fired.
