So I haven't watched any of this because I'm not a sadomasachist. Who's been worse, Ward, Harrison or Bellemore?

Apologies for falling asleep at the switch guys - like I just told HeadGoose, I blanked that Ducks was a back-to-back on the Kings game and it's been a perfect ****storm of life the last few days. I'll make up for it.

Looking at the highlights again, the 2nd and the 4th were really the only ones that could be squarely put on Ward. Giving Perry as much room as he had for his goals will never end up well for the goalie, regardless of who is in net. And Silverberg's goal was a flukey broken play that happened to work for him.

I'd put #2, #4, and #5 on him (he's always been slow when stickhandlers are in the office and the post should have been covered). #3 could have been on him if he was way off the angle, but I didn't really see that.

#2 was really the one that deflated the team.

The bad one was the point shot off tlusty. The others I struggled to really pin on him, definitely a team loss. Tlusty turned it over at the blue line and Harrison backed off cogs on the shorty. No way he's the blame on the perry snipe. I hear mentions of how we took so many shots, out of curiosity what were the shots when it was 5-0? Cause if we weren't leading at that point in shots it hardly matters. They let us flail away in a game we had no chance. Outplayed in every aspect at least till it was 5-0.

Amazing hustle by gerbe on our second, and I think sekera's goal may be the best individual effort goal ive seen for this franchise. I'm not kidding. I can't think of a better one. More important goals, sure but not an individual highlight goal.

3 penalties by the captain.

Tripp Tracy calling out Muller's coaching in the last minute. There were some moments of hilarity, albeit unintentionally.

I'd put goals 2 and 4 on him directly. Obviously Perry's second goal was giving him too much room by the defense, but who knows what happens if he doesn't flub a relatively easy cover of the puck before that. I'd give him some blame on that goal just for that. 5th was a fluke a bit, but I'd put at least some of the blame on him. He's brutal right now, and I hope we get to move on. If we do, I hope he finds himself and becomes a great goalie again, cause I do like the guy. But I just want what's best for this team right now, my favorite players don't matter as much as the team winning again.

I can't really blame him for #5. Goalies in general have trouble when players are in the office, and had the pass not hit the back of the net and land on it, his reaction to the play would have been correct.

But it did land on the back of the net, and by the time Ward realized that, Silverberg outmuscled whoever that defenseman was and quickly got it in the net.

Smart play by Silverberg, but it all started off a fluke.

Instead of picking out which goals were bad and which were good, how about we simply remind ourselves when the last time was that Cam Ward was the reason we won a hockey game comparatively to Justin Peters. We won't even include Khudobin. That's your tale of the tape. He's not keeping us in position to win games anymore and that's his only job and one that, statistics be damned, he has historically never had a problem with prior to this season.
