Yup except he doesn't scare the shit out of anyoneHe really reminds me of Kevan Miller
Was thinking just how much I missed Miller the other day. He made grown ass men look like kids some days out thereYup except he doesn't scare the shit out of anyone
True that. He’s becoming more confident carrying the puck and trying to help generate offense. This guy only cost a 2027 3rd? No idea where we'd be right now without him moved up the lineup
Dude is a solid NHLer
Good acquisition. And the B’s just might find more like Peeke in the market. Keep the faith . . .This guy only cost a 2027 3rd? No idea where we'd be right now without him moved up the lineup

i'm not a huge carlo fan, but he's certainly helpful and good at what he does. with that being said, this teamThis is Brandon Carlo’s ice time over the last five games:

I’m wondering how people feel about this and what we feel it could mean.
Carlo is pedestrian without Hampus. Bring him back and Carlo becomes better than average IMO. Peeke is feeling it now and probably a better play in crunch time than Carlo right now.i'm not a huge carlo fan, but he's certainly helpful and good at what he does. with that being said, this team
is desperate to find goals and he has value to help get that guy. if they do deal carlo, they'd need to find another
RD because the organization is pretty thin there...and it's nice to see peeke doing well.
Yeah I was one that questioned the move. I still think they could have gone about it differently but it's working out ok. Keep grooming he and Lohrei togetherI love Peeke as posters here have disagreed with. I think he is right where his salary should be. But he doesn't have the physicality you would expect from a guy his size. He does his job with minimal mistakes. I would not be surprised to see him get better and extended. Just another awful opinion...lol
Loved the Peeke move from day one. DS get shit on a bunch and rightfully so but he did well on this one.i'm not a huge carlo fan, but he's certainly helpful and good at what he does. with that being said, this team

It means to me, and really, sample size could be bigger, that Carlo is expendable and should be used to address a need through a trade. I don’t dislike Carlo at all, but if Peeke can fill his minutes, it should be on the table. This is Brandon Carlo’s ice time over the last five games:

If Will Borgen can get you Kaapo Kakko, there's a deal out there for Carlo.i'm not a huge carlo fan, but he's certainly helpful and good at what he does. with that being said, this team

I wonder if there is also a deal out there for Peeke, is Borgen really better than him?If Will Borgen can get you Kaapo Kakko, there's a deal out there for Carlo.
As a Carlo backer, I have always considered him taking more crap from fans then he should have, many fans just throw shit out there, oh he is soft, oh no offense, just ripping the guy and have no clue what they are talking about, and generally do not understand what his job is. I admit this has not been Carlos best year, and I have always been against trading him, but I would now listen to offers, if it would help this team. I must ask though, how do you replace, his contract, his age, and his talent as a shutdown d-man, and realize he is a quality d-man, trust me, it will not be easy.If Will Borgen can get you Kaapo Kakko, there's a deal out there for Carlo.

Carlo plays all the hard minutes and he has to be valued properly, but if the thesis around here is that they need to either carry the puck faster, move the puck faster, add more skill, etc, shouldn't you look at moving the guy who plays a ton of minutes who doesn't give you that? It would suck to lose him, but if it brings back a legit top 6, maybe even top line forward you do it.As a Carlo backer, I have always considered him taking more crap from fans then he should have, many fans just throw shit out there, oh he is soft, oh no offense, just ripping the guy and have no clue what they are talking about, and generally do not understand what his job is. They created that possibility when they got Peeke. With McAvoy, Lindholm, Zadorov, and Peeke in your top 4 and Lohrei on the bottom pair they can fill that hole.
