How did he perform at the worlds?

Hopefully he has learned from it... If he makes the parent club next season great

Heinen, kulary, acciari, debrusk and now Bjork.. future looks good

You must be a blast to sit next to at a wedding

Not everyone gets to watch all of the prospects we have in our system, so it's a fair question IMO. With how this forum tends to be a huge hype machine, having some general discussion on it wouldn't hurt. I remember when Jared Knight was penciled in for the 2nd line before playing 5 games in Prov.

Like mentioned already, he barely played at Worlds. Anyone know why that was?

Competing for TOI with established NHLers.

This guy is going to be great, hope people read the article about him in SI-character guy. We are going in right direction.

Hope Beleskey and Hayes have started their summer training?!?!? Read the WEEI blog post about Hayes, it will be interesting that is for sure.

Great signing today-onward and upward as they say.

Great to see Bjork sign on the dotted line! Now where does the 20 year old winger fit into our plans? Will he get a chance to compete for a top 6 wing position?

Also, I'm hoping that we expose Belesky and Hayes in the expansion draft and one of them gets taken. We could really use the salary relief in regards to Belesky and well Hayes is just a waste of space currently.

That was me but I'm here to learn from the best and now that I'm going all in on analytics and not going to watch anymore games I should be awesome like so many here

Finally, the hand wringers can go back to worrying about other things that aren't really problems.

I was just thinking that the "sky is falling" contingent would have to find something new to freak out about.

My bet is that the expansion draft will cause the next round of panic, lord forbid we lose someone who is extremely expendable....

Think he'll be given the opportunity, but I don't think anyone's spot is guaranteed. (although signing him, they may have guaranteed him x amount of games in a verbal agreement to make him sign?)

Yes, he still does. People are forgetting Heinen needing more time.

right now, he won't, but longer-term is the question, but overall how do Providence fans feel about competing for titles, or is it for development only, the amount of talent there, will PRO challenge a Syracuse had this happened a year ago, knowing what just happened 10 days to 2 weeks ago?

All I want is a coach who isn't a total lunkhead and can teach and juggle the talent given to him. Dean is fine.

I can see him on the Bergeron line. Our depth really is solid. All we need now is a partner for McAvoy.

That would be a valid argument if you were not defending someone who only was looking at the scouting and not performance on the ice.

Being a Hobbey Baker finalist basically is saying he was one of the top ten college players in the country, also that pesky all-american thing.

I have only seen him once on a NESN game but the stats say a lot
