Verbeek wanted a Top 6 forward and a Top 4D so he settled for a Bottom 6 forward and bottom pairing D?
Y’all wanted pv to cook, and damnit he’s cooking.
Tank over, we’re back
Couple of sneaky good moves in dumo and fabbri. I don’t see how anyone can complain about these moves.Verbeek got paid to take him so really can’t complain. Let’s see how he does next season.
Basically replaced that 4th for Dumo.
The important question is how many fighting majors does Fabbri have the last couple seasonsCup or bust dude!! lol

Srsly, I’m on YouTube now to see what he brings with the mittsThe important question is how many fighting majors does Fabbri have the last couple seasons
It seems all of the top 9 forward spots are spoken for. I suppose Fabbri could play on the 4th line given the acquisition cost.I'm hoping they brought him in to be a bottom six scorer, not top six. Still need a talented forward and another RD.
He says that about every soft player he acquires. Pure comedy
Hear good things about Dumoulin's locker room presence, too.I always got the impression that Detroit's management really appreciated Fabbri's character, especially given all he has gone through injury-wise. Given that Verbeek would've witnessed this firsthand, it's not a surprise that he's a guy Verbeek would want to bring in during the rebuild.
The 4th is to take Fabbri's contract. Alexander was worth nothing. Probably had to send them something back just to clear space.i mean, it's a trade
alexander was at the bottom of the depth chart and the fact that they were even able to get a 4th for him is pretty decent. didn't know fabbri was still in the league
Walman has an additional year though. Not disappointed at all — in fact, quite pleased with the move on its own. However, seeing what SJS received for taking on Wallman, I can't help but feel Verbeek could've extracted a bit more from Yzerman.
Yes, call me a greedy SOB.
