I'll be at Universal Orlando the next two days with the family. What are the must-rides other than Velocicoaster and Hagrids? I'm pretty pumped after spending the last two days in Disney with what seemed like trillions of other people .
Those are the two absolute must do's. Depending how you are with 3D rides and motion sickness, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is a good one. The queue might be cooler than the ride. Other than that, I wouldn't say there are any other must do's.

Thanks dude! I did ride Gringotts a few years ago, which was awesome. Of course Hagrid was down that day though, and it was before Velocicoaster was open yet.

With you having been there since Gringotts opened I'm not thinking there is much new except Velocicoaster. Can't remember when Volcano Bay water park opened but that and Epic Universe kind of have taken the money for Orlando.

I hate coasters. I hate heights.
It’s honestly not the heights that bother me in coasters, it’s the cross bars that I know I won’t hit but think I will.
My favorite has been the Aerosmith coaster in Disney because I couldn’t see them.

I’m also a little touched because the first time in went on the Pharaoh, yes the swinging carnival Pharaoh, while properly secured I was sliding all over the place feeling like I was going to fall out.
Rolling Thunder was my favorite at GA. the bars didn't come close to locking you in, you always felt like you were going to fly out on a turn.

Ahhhhhh good old Rotting Lumber. Never was sure how it still was standing the last season it ran.

El Toro which kinda stands in it's place is a beast of another flavor. Even with the lap bar fully against your legs you feel like it will toss you on some hills.
