I'm still mad at Amazon about my prime membership.

Once you sign up for it, they enroll you in automatic renewal. In order to cancel automatic renewal, it's this complicated trail of links that leads you to believe you're cancelling your account, which isn't true.

Then, once you turn automatic renewal off, they nag you on EVERY SINGLE PAGE about how your prime membership is ending on this date. And this nag message is a link that immediately turns automatic renewal back on with very little notification. As in, you don't receive an email about automatic renewal turning back on or the impending charges to your credit card.

I'm an adult and I got tricked into renewing my Prime membership (I will accept some fault, but I argue that Amazon purposefully makes it complicated). Imagine if someone had children, it would be nigh impossible to cancel because of that f***ing nag message.

It just seems so expensive? Like if your not a student of whatever. Full price prime subscription is wack. I did like the Amazon Fresh trial that was dope.

$120/yr is nothing for the services that you receive.

It quite literally pays for itself in less than a month since you'll likely watch a few movies, buy a few packages, and use a few of the services. Well worth it, even at the full fat price.

Im currently paying for Netflix and Hulu, I doubt id watch much on there. Also how much do you really spend on shipping? I feel like this would just be something to force me to buy online since I have the service rather than in person. And the amount of impulse purchases id excuse bc of the subsciption would probably go up like crazy.

ya'll pay 10 dollars per month for spotify

what's the difference
False. I pay a little less still being on that student discount grandfathered in with the hulu added. Also its justified when more people than myself are able to use the accounts daily, versus just myself ordering how many packages over a period of a year on only one website?

Most people don't buy useless shit every day to post and brag about online. Amazon Prime™ is a scam and movies are for nerds. :yo:
