Fine, fine @Kovalev27 My point is we don`t need a hockey expert in that job at all. You get far with good journalism, and you are all experts here on this forum obviously so why do you need her to be at that level? :)

It means she's very pretty, pleasant to look at, but I wasn't interested in what she had to say about the Rangers. So you mute the volume during her appearances.

Her job wasn’t really for you to be interested in what she had to say, it was for you to be interested in what the players she was interviewing said.

I don’t even really remember a time where she was on a screen without a player. Did it happen in pre-game shows? I don’t always get those.

She did like game preview and post game recap stuff as well as practice recap stuff.

Maybe she left because she was the only female in the locker room doing interviews, and she felt uncomfortable with all the half naked men in there looking at her. Not joking, I believe it was something like that.

She did do some segments of straight commentary, though you are right, most of her content was player interviews. I just never got the sense that she was a particularly knowledgable hockey journalist, and that would have been the case even if she looked like Marv Albert sans toupee.

I mean, she was admittedly new to it. I’m sure the organization was expecting her to learn as she went.
