Barrett Jackman? You're sure? There have got to be a 100 guys that would have been better choices than him.

I wanted younger guys with my reserve picks.

And BM, look how many Calder Trophy winners have gone on to have excellent careers. Lemieux, Forsberg, Bure, Brodeur, Robitaille, Nieuwendyk, Leetch, Belfour and Selanne in just the last 20 years.

Well there are over 30 Calder winners that haven't been selected yet, and most of them wont and shouldn't be selected. There are HHoFers, Hart runner-ups, Norris runner-ups and multiple Stanley Cup winning defensemen available. Barrett has had a decent rookie year and an injury shortened 2nd year, hardly the stuff legends are made of.

With our last two selections the Durham Wasps select LW Doug Bentley and defenceman Phat Wilson

Kent Nilsson-Jean Beliveau-Lanny McDonald
Vladimir Krutov-Igor Larionov-Sergei Makarov
Doug Bentley-Bryan Trottier-Pat Verbeek
Syd Howe-Doug Jarvis-Archie Stinchcombe

Extra: Real Cloutier, RW

Borje Salming-Ivan 'Ching' Johnson
Red Horner-Joe Hall
Hod Stuart-Babe Pratt

Extra: Phat Wilson

Starter: Glenn Hall
Back-up: Jimmy Foster

Extra: Chuck Gardiner

Coach: Scotty Bowman

Just how "phat" was Phat Johnson? Are we talking like 50 Cent "phat" or Al Roker "fat"?
I don't know, but I must admit I found it impossible to not pick a player named Phat. How can he not be great with a name like that?

The Red Army selects as a coach one of the greatest coaches of all time in Anatoly Tarasov. We feel as though he will fit like a glove into our system. He rolled all four lines and was one of the first coaches to do this in fact. Not only did he stress the ffensive part of the game but also the defensive side which is something that not very many people realize about the Soviets at the time.

Very strict, yet very smart.

Also I am looking at making a trade for a player on one of the league controlled teams would it be possible to do this.
