Cosby's does it themselves. They typically don't put name plates on replicas and put them on for autehntics.
I've been in there enough times to see people make really odd requests. I've had them do a lot of stuff for me and they've always come out looking good.

In my (unbiased) top 5 all time jersey designs period, the liberty jerseys. Probably #1. This is why.
The Blackhawks (in all 3 versions), The Panthers (all 3 early 2000s), The 1996 World Cup USA (both versions), and the NYR Winter Classic 2012 round it out for me.

I was questioning to myself the legitimacy of getting a player's jersey while they have been drafted but not actually up with the bigs....
What I'm trying to ask is...a Lundqvist Pro Player, Koho, or CCM jersey...legit cuz he was in the system or no cuz he never actually wore it in so much as a preseason game?

At the end of the day it's your money so you should do what you like. But for me, I'm really only interested in owning (authentic) jerseys that a player actually wore.

If I was with that "its your money so look stupid" mentality I wouldn't have posed the question LOL!
I'm personally not a fan of doing that whole "jersey foul" thing. I'd avoid it if possible. Reebok jerseys will be cheap enough to get to make it properly, through patience or through sales when the Reebok stock gets cleared out.
I don't know of any place that sells them separately. The guy probably bought the jersey to take the lace and then resell the jersey. If you bought from ebay and the lace was in the picture but didn't show up I'd file a claim unless he offers to send it or refund you.

Yeah I mean I've filed claims before and Ebay does really well on helping to resolve issues. I hope it doesn't come down to that but in the meantime I'm looking everywhere to find any. I figure somewhere would have them, or at least something similar

Sure, it is considered a jersey foul by people who have a certain opinion as to what should go on a jersey. I think it's silly when people put their last name on a jersey, but who cares what I think? I'm not the one buying it or wearing it. It's no different than people who frown upon those who add ice to their whiskey. Sure, it mutes the flavor, but if the person drinking it enjoys it that way then who is to say otherwise?
Yeah I would say it's a jersey foul. One example of a borderline opinion is that Gretzky wore a CCM during his press conference, but next year when he played they were wearing Starter. So sometimes you see all these Gretzky CCM jerseys that they made up when he came over, and most people don't like to keep them that way because he never played in it, but some people are okay with it because of the press conference.

I too have one of those in white, with the NYR logo next to the CCM on the back bottom. The other question is if that is exempt from being a jersey foul as those were one of the two replica brands (obviously Starter the other) sold at the time. Like did RBK even have replicas from 05-07? I have my authentic Hank RBK Liberty along with the white CCM replica just in case LOL

I never saw a single one for NYR! ...not at the Garden or anywhere else in the tri state area. Not even anywhere in downtown Toronto!
