i think Okada held back big time actually. He lays in strikes but mostly to the upper back and shoulders.

He did because that guy really is a pro. He could’ve put that guy out if he wanted to. They’re still doing a match after all.

They set up the match afterwards, I hear the commentary talking about ‘the wrong way,’ were they planning that?

It's wishful thinking and on paper could be a great event, but in the end each promotion never wants to see their guys lose, so it never turns out

Oh yeah, total wishful thinking as all three companies would want their guys going over, but it would be cool.

Cena showing up to do a Wrestlekingdom is still a dream match

Braun has gotten clattered multiple times from Brock for throwing a shoot shot at him.
Were those actually shoots by Braun or just sloppy wrestling? I remember the time he kneed Brock in the head and ate a stiff punch or two in return. Not sure if Braun actually meant to hit him that hard tho. If he did then that's really stupid of him.

The fact that people can't see this was clearly an angle just blows my mind. It was literally a re-creation of one of the most famous moments in the history of Japanese pro wrestling (Maeda shootkick on Choshu) and in the brawl Kitomya throws a drop kick and hits a German suplex, two moves you would not see in a shoot brawl outside the ring.

I can see everything later on, I don’t know about Okada getting kicked in the face on purpose. Although they do do less about what you’re not supposed to do.

Shoot turned into an angle perhaps?

Okada is a pro's pro so i could see him going along with it even after getting kicked in the face.

I wanted them to be called The Celtic Warriors but I guess if Sheamus himself is the Celtic Warrior, maybe you can't name the team that because it makes McIntyre look like a sidekick.

What a clusterf*** and beating...how they allowed it to go on as long as it did is a joke

I actually wish I didn't watch that. Disgusting for that be allowed and for the butch girl(Yoshiko, sp) to get hired by other companies. For anyone who didn't watch it, she beat up the other female wrestler(Act?) so bad she had to have major facial surgeries, lost 70% of her vision and had to retire. They didn't like each other because Yoshiko thought Act got to where she was through her looks and was supposed to drop her title to her. Granted it looked like Act threw the first closed fist but Yoshiko went way overboard.

I've never really watched Stardom but it's obviously a joke organization even if the wrestlers are great. Then again, New Japan(and the police) allowed Kensuke Sasaki to go unpunished for killing a student during training so maybe it's just a Japan thing.
