Talent wise, Tegan Nox is obviously someone AEW should consider signing, BUT her injury history will likely scare them off. Just to put things into perspective, since April 2017 she has missed close to 3 years of wrestling due to injury.......that's a very worrying figure if you're having to go through the hassle of sorting out a visa and putting them under contract.

Sadly, there's a good chance she gets injured again, and you end paying for her to sit at home for a long period of time

Ember Moon, Mia Yim and Taya Valkyrie look a lot safer options

If Shane Thorne and Jackson Ryker knocked on my door right now I'd have no clue who they were.

All of Hit Row gone I believe. Were they any good? Were they over?

Not sure what was done with them on their short time on the main roster but they definitely had heat in NXT and were decent tweeners. I wanted to punch Scott's grill down his throat every time he smiled like some mark.

She’s already been living in the US though.

The one I’ve been ambivalent about is Taya. I know she’s over in Mexico but I don’t know, the substance never met her presentation. In NXT she needed the Triple H-type entrance but that’s where the appeal ended. It was like EC3 coming from Impact, sort of the same platform she came in from.

Dave says AJ Francis (Top Dolla) evidently had a ton of heat backstage. Not sure how that happens given how long he’s been there. But I bet they decided to cut him and then decided they didn’t still need Swerve or Ashante Thee Adonis. And they were better off getting cut then going to catering.

They built a really good act in NXT just to hand over to AEW.

Tegan should definitely be in AEW in 90 days. Not only to help with their women’s division, but also because she can appeal in the UK whenever they get there.

Morrison, I could see him not doing a full-time deal anywhere and just freelancing, which is what I think he was doing anyways before going back to WWE. I think he’ll show up in AEW but not be on the roster. Impact has kind of been there done that for him.

TMDK apparently already teasing a reunion, so when Shane Thorne’s 90 days are up I bet they’ll be in New Japan.

Jaxon Ryker…who cares

Drake Maverick, seems like a pretty creative guy, he’ll probably be back in impact.

This was evidently the day Hit Row had on a Thursday:

-Informed to be at all of Smackdown, Survivor Series, and Raw
-Told they’re off all 3 shows
-Told they were back on all 3 shows
-Told they were released

Still hear a lot about AJ Francis, Dave seemed to hear and thus likened him (not necessarily agreeing) to Mistico when he came to WWE and because he was a big star in Mexico (and thus bigger in Mexico than anyone in WWE was in the US), thought he was a big star in WWE when he wasn’t and that made people mad backstage and quite frankly sounds like stupid political snowflake bullshit. Bryan Alvarez said he heard they had “huge plans” for the group.

I'll be honest I thought Hit Row once they lost the female member was pretty generic. Men on a Mission 2.0.

AJ Francis (Top Dolla) needs to look in the mirror. Nothing special about him. Big guy with generic look (beard, ball cap, hip-hop style outfit). Hopefully AEW stays away from them.

Gargano signed a one week extension to cover War Games. Johnny Boy is as good as gone...
When Ciampa picked him up last night, I knew this is the end

Think Francis got a big head from being on that search for memorabilia show?
He’s disputing he ever had heat, so I don’t know, gotta wait for someone to talk. They seem to be sticking together.

WWE’s TV deal with J-Sports in Japan ends at the end of the year and they are not renewing.

WWE has wanted to re-sign Gargano to a multi-year deal, but as noted in the thread, only signed a one-week deal to expire on December 10, so he would be in for War Games and the show after.

Gargano (and Ciampa) don't seem like to me they want to go to the main roster and neither really fit the new NXT either.
Ciampa is set up for a role once he’s done in the ring. He’s very clearly at the end.

Gargano…they’re still going to need people to make all these guys they’re teaching how to wrestle look good. And I don’t think these new people they’re inserting on top stick around very long. Von Wagner was already on Smackdown.

I guess it was inevitable but this is still kind of sad news. Now where will I get my " Best of Nia Jax " DVD ????

from f4wonline.com:

WWE DVDs and Blu-rays will no longer be offered in the United States.

Wrestling DVD Network reported today that WWE will no longer offer DVD and Blu-ray releases starting in 2022. The last physical media release is set to be Survivor Series 2021, which will be released on December 28. A home video release on Drew McIntyre is also set to be released this month on December 14.

The report also said that this will likely mean that further releases in Canada and Australia will also no longer happen, with Australia’s final releases of WWE's 2021 pay-per-view events taking place in March. In the UK, however, Day One and Royal Rumble releases are currently scheduled to be released through Fremantle, which distributes WWE's DVDs and Blu-rays in the region.

WWE’s home video releases date back to 1985, releasing VHS tapes through Coliseum Video. Their video distribution company was later renamed to WWE Home Video, with their first DVD releases, one focusing on Stone Cold Steve Austin and another on the WrestleMania 15 pay-per-view event, being released in 1999.

Did we figure out what exactly happened? It couldn’t have just been a case where he was drunk at a show, the guy has had umpteen DUI’s

Looks like WWE offered to send him to rehab and he said no, so he was cut

AEW women's division is its biggest weakness. They should be going after all them. Tessa Blanchard would be an awesome addition but the fact they haven't signed her lets me believe the rumors are true and she would be bad for the locker room.

Other names I would be interested in Kylie Rae, Quinn McKay, Chelsea Green. None of them superstars but good depth. McKay really impressed me with a couple matches before ROH folded.

Kylie Rae seems like she’s got some mental issues that she has/had trouble sorting out. She’s good, and I hope she does. But it seems when she’s been put in a big spot, something in her mental state seems to trip and she abruptly retires. It happened once in AEW already, then she surfaced in Impact and she no-showed a PPV title match. Now she’s in NWA and freelancing again, maybe that’s the way she wants it.
