There's going to be more international PPV's at this rate per year than those that take place in the US.

How long before London gets a Wrestlemania?
When the local government hands TKO a gigantic check with many many zeroes on the end. That's the new PLE model which is why you are going to see way more non NA PLE's. Also there is no more concern about start times as they don't have to worry about people buying the shows, they are just streaming content.

London gets a Mania when they pay WWE for the privilege.

WWE isn't going to pay to use Wembley when they have plenty of domestic and international cities willing to pay them to host PLEs

One person who buzzed us about the renewed interest in Okada said that one of the reasons Nakamura is getting a renewed push is to show Okada that this regime is not going to treat Japanese like the stereotypical children-like role (although Tozawa is still playing that role) because Vince does that with people who don’t speak fluent English, but this is a new regime.

Hasn't Nakamura's "push" been a massive failure creatively? As soon as he lost his program to Rollins, he went back to "idgaf" not caring mode.

No reason for Okada to come to the WWE and do job after job ala Nakamura.

They fumbled the bag by not putting the title on him. He's still doing his best promo work of his career though. I love those anime/kung fu villain like vignettes

He did another promo video on Monday talking about Rollins. He's biding his time and waiting for Rollins to get more beat down.

Thought it was about Ricochet and his concussion. Could be wrong though. Looked like those two were heading towards a feud.

Okada has a young family in Japan and last report was making north of 2 million a year. I am sure WWE is interested are they interested enough to actually make it worth his while to move his family across the world and likely end up further down the card? I will believe it when I see it.

See...this is what I was saying in the AEW thread. I'm sure he is a huge star who should get a huge pop...I've personally never heard of him.
He's gotten a big reaction in AEW, but WWE, at least the live crowds outside of the UK/Canada and obviously Puerto Rico are pretty mid (with very few exceptions)

Nope, his vignettes has a lot of people interested and guessing who he is potentially talking about. They also get praised every week for how they are presented.

Based on AJ Styles, WWE seems more willing to sign experienced high end talent with high money and easier schedule.

Yes I am sure WWE would be willing to sign Okada lol I am not so sure they will actually be able to convince Okada to sign though. Will believe it when I see it. He is going to go down as arguably the greatest Japanese wrestler of all time. If he wants to sign with your company you call the lawyers to draw up the contract.

The pitch is basically that their schedule and work rate is much easier on their body then staying in Japan, and he can basically do what Nakamura gets which is a lot of money to half ass it and enjoy non-wrestling stuff like surfing.

I think Okada stays in Japan though.
