Matt Riddle is a prime example of someone who just couldn’t get out of his own way.

Not surprised by this at all, in fact, I said that he wasn’t going to make it to the new year.

It's a shame too, he was getting really over with Orton, but between Orton's back and his off screen nonsense he pissed it down the toilet.

Apparently Jade Cargill be now be known as Jaida Parker in the WWE as the name was trademarked yesterday.
 
If Riddle goes back to mma he can still be the dickhead he truly is without any repercussions provided he doesn’t go full War Machine on a girl

GKJ is right - it was reported on several sites that the name was going to Jade Cargill ( maybe because of the similarity of the first name :dunno:) but now it has been reported that the name will be going to NXT newcomer Tiana Caffey.

When WWE’s latest batch of trademarks (their first application since they became a branch of TKO Group Holdings) hit the web, there some speculation that one of them — “Jaida Parker” — could be the name given to former AEW star Jade Cargill when/if she signs with WWE.

Serious or not, it didn’t take long for that rumor to get shot down. At NXT’s house show in Fort Pierce, Florida last night (Sept. 22), former LSU soccer player Tiana Caffey wrestled as “Jaida Parker”. That’s her on the right, before her loss to Dana Brooke’s former protege Kelani Jordan:



Caffey has also updated her Instagram to reflect her new WWE name, and has posted about debuting under the new name (she’s worked a handful of other matches under her real name) in her Stories:

 
Jade Cargill is well known enough that she should be allowed to keep her name and WWE have been pretty good on that since about 2015. I think Samoa Joe was the first wrestler who was allowed to keep the name their best known as.

Kevin Owens would be Kevin Steen if he signed with WWE a year later than he actually did.
