Enough of them don't seem interested in that. Something about the current system favoring the big stars.
Yeah I think it's that the big stars are making so much money that they don't see the need to unionize and I guess you can't unionize without their support. Jesse Ventura tried it in the 80s and Hogan shut it down apparently.

Champion of the proletariat Jesse Ventura

It’s no surprise the UFC and WWE merged. They were basically the same company before in how they operated with the talent….not-so-independent independent contractors. MMA fighters also have found it impossible to unionize. Largely for the same reason the wrestlers won’t do it- they all think they’re gonna hit it big

i'd figure it's because no one wants to be blacklisted. hell, i've been fired from jobs for reading certain books

Jim Cornette’s reaction to the latest Hulk Hogan media tour interview

The kid is on his death bed, hours away from death, (at a show Hogan wasn't even at, let alone wrestled the main event) but the parents are freaking out because they're Hulkamaniacs. Just an absolute work of art.

I am going to guess that their may be some truth to the story but then Hogan goes and starts expanding on it till it becomes complete BS. In this case My guess is Hogan did meet a make a wish kid who died like weeks or months later but all of a sudden he works it into his Wembley Story

On a sidenote, my favorite part of his story was when he talks about the make a wish kid's parents and he just has to point out how they are huge hulkamaniacs.
