He’s 6 foot nothing 200 and nothing pounds and got his ass spanked on PPV by Mike freaking Jackson in the octagon, stop spreading shit about him and do something about it physically if he’s as much of a menace as they claim him to be!

Ah yes I don’t jump on the f*** the elite train so obviously I am blinded by my undying love of the Elite. Always a constructive way of having a conversation lol. I am a fan of Hangman and Omega. I do enjoy a Bucks match but I can take it or leave it with them as characters. I am open though in my dislike of Punk the person though. I think he is absolutely an insufferable man child and possibly the most hypocritical man in wrestling which is no small feat. Guy has a bunch of people that hate the Elite for leaking to dirt sheets while he himself or his team also leaks to dirt sheets…just not Meltzer lol

Each time they are criticized, you jumped to their defense. No nuance, just defending them blindly. In your mind, Punk is the only problem. Every single time. When I tell you that it is a heel program, you still find a way to defend them. Well, to be fair, "them" might be wrong, the other little bitches in the heel program are the Young Bucks. I honestly think Omega is too aloof to be playing politics. He wants to do his stuff and that's about it. Hangman, I have no clue.

I mean that is straight up just not true lol completely fabrication of my point of view honestly. I argue with stuff that I don’t agree with. My honest opinion is that Punk comes off like a man child. I also think Hangman and Omega get lumped in a lot of shit they have absolutely nothing to do with because people hate the Bucks as much as they do. Like even the dirt sheets have no clue what Hangman thinks about all of this yet he is still getting shit online because Punk decided to shoot on him in what pretty clearly at this point was not part of some planned story lol there is no scenario where punk looks good here even if you hate Hangman….for some reason lol

All this discourse in here is why they should have a feud. Everyone has their opinions, many people have "picked a side" in a sense.

Kenny/Punk is the match I wanna see the most. The 6 man would be fun too, but I think that's the top of the mountain when it comes to a potential feud.

The stuff about Hangman being in Punk’s head isn’t as much of a big deal as it is that fans with signs that can do it, because people will know they can and naturally will keep trying to do it. It’s only a matter of time before something else gets said that can’t get cleaned up.

Kenny vs Punk is the match that makes the most sense because it is the match that would draw the most, IMO.

Punk vs Hangman could make sense for story reasons, but Hangman is not enough of a draw AT THIS MOMENT!

The 3v3 has to happen at some point of the feud.

Not doing Punk v Hangman because Hangman isn’t a draw makes no sense. Punk is currently feuding with Ricky Starks. If both guys could put aside the bullshit there is literally no reason not to have the feud. Punk continuing to shoot because random fans signs probably doesn’t help anything though. I think Punk desperately wants this feud and wants to be a heel and knows he could heel it up like crazy with someone as over as Hangman but trying to get the feud by shooting promos is just dumb.

They are building Starks. Note that he does have the PPV match, Joe does. They are using the Punk feud as a vehicle to get Starks over. So far, so good, Starks is doing a great job.

Hangman has been doing nothing interesting since he lost the title. If you rebuild him as a star and have a Punk feud, I am totally there for it. They could go with the backstage stuff, sure, but if you are to do that, the ready-made money match is Omega vs Punk.

Punk beating the Bucks in an handicap match in 2 minutes would work for me also ;) (I am not being serious).
 
hangman has had 4 years of building. he'll never be a star and punk is gonna remind him at every turn. focus on new talent and let the elite do their boring comedy stuff

I disagree about Hangman.

When he was built, he got over. They told a very good story with him and Omega culminating with Hangman winning the title. They botched the title reign (even though Hangman had some great matches), but the guy can and has been compelling.

I would argue that Moxley Hangman was a really good feud in the last year but they absolutely do need to find something for him now and it can’t be the Dark Order. I’d love to see him and Christian have a program for the TNT title to get him going again
 
Reading on some facebook wrestling page that they are predicting edge retires from WWE and heads to AEW to have one more run of

Edge and christian vs hardys vs 3d

Lol please nooooo

Its a prediction but no enough old dudes rehashing memories for the 10th times

Punk can barely hang in the ring anymore. He’s smaller and sloppier than ever. We don’t need to watch Omega carry him.

Edge is a money draw. Is he old? Yes, but he's also good for business because there are way more casuals that would go and see Edge wrestle than many of the other guys in AEW.

For AEW to grow it needs a couple more established names and not just indie darlings. Without Jericho at the beginning it wouldn't have become what it is now. Without Mox (as much as I dislike what he's doing now) it wouldn't have continued to grow. And the list goes on for many of the guys that were big names in WWE at one point in time. They bring in more business and newer viewers that may have just said that AEW sucks because it's a glorified indie show.
