Yeah.... pretty sure that wasn't how it was supposed to go. Think Mox got his bell wrung at the beginning of the match when Fenix landed on his head outside of the ring. Fenix scrambling to grab his hand for the OK sign was a very clear sign of panic. Seemed like he recovered shortly after but with the ref stopping the count at 2.75 at the end ... mox was supposed to kick out for sure.

Call me crazy but Mox didn’t look great after his match last week in the backstage confrontation. Dude looked legit concussed.

Man, I wish Hayter was back already

It’s crazy to me that Impact Knockouts can get so much more over than the women of AEW. They need to vastly improve the womens roster and booking.

Pretty awesome show. Mox/Fenix didn't do it for me though. It was several notches below their first match and I thought it was just paced very odd. The weird ass finish only added to it.

Hopefully it was just an off night for both guys and not due to injuries or some shit. If Fenix is gonna get a legitimate reign, I'm curious to see where it leads to although I really like Mox and I was hoping he'd have a longer title reign.

Women's match overdelivered though. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Saraya's best AEW showing. Opening match and main event speak for themselves.

Lip reading and speculation but it looked like mox said i cant f***ing move after the first one. Makes it even wierder that fenix would do the same move again... Hope mox is ok
Yeah, the 2nd piledriver (if mox was actually hurt and it wasn't just a missed finish) is bizarre to say the least. Could totally see Mox demanding it again though if that was supposed to be the finish.

I just don't get why the ref didn't just count the initial fall, they are supposed to count to 3 and its on the wrestler to kick out.

Especially if Fenix was the planned winner. Zero reason to have him re do the spot and pin him again

It happens too often.

I really can't tell fully, but I think he might have been trying to call an audible and end the match there and the ref just didn't hear or got confused?

How wrestling fans hate TK is beyond me. He's a nerdy (albeit immensely wealthy from daddy) wrestling fan. I love the guy

People can love/like/dislike/hate the wrestling shows he has a part in putting together all they want, but some people just f***ing hate that he exists for some reason.

It's funny because they always go after things like how he's "awkward" or "nerdy" or "is a bad hugger" or "would lose a fight to Vince McMahon." A lot of it sounds like projection to me or just Instagram users being f***ing dumb.

I make it a rule not to like billionaires. He doesn't seem nearly as bad as other rich assholes, but not enough for me to fanboy over him like some of twitter does

Yeah you bring up a good point. I don't "love" Tony or any other promoter of a show. I was just saying there's no reason to hate the guy and point out trivial things to put him down.
