I liked the parts of AEW's Revolution event that I watched, was then... perplexed by the decisions on AEW dynamite. Wardlow losing like that was simply stupid and the cage match was not good. Still a product on the rise though.

Wardlow not getting the title and being screwed by MJF/Spears was 100% the right call. The way they executed it though? Atrocious.

He shouldn't have gotten the title that early but they were sort of booked into a corner with him having a title match. Taking the pin in that way was certainly not good. Sometimes the obvious thing, like a dq, is by far the best way.

Well, him winning the ladder match THEN screwing MJF out of his match against Punk THEN have MJF screw him in his TNT title match was the right story to tell. The last part was just not told very well. Made Wardlow look like a chump.

I do like that they don't resort to DQ's as a crutch, but they also probably haven't booked it enough either.

I still prefer Malakai on his own, but they looked great in the conclusion to that match. Jericho’s commentary to start off that match was great: “What’s Fuego del Sol going to do against these guys? IDIOT!”
