So, I've been having a bad day today, first day back at work since COVID and the winter break, had some bad news regarding a volunteer thing I do... but my latest mystery jersey pull came in, and as I'm watching the game, I open this.View attachment 957995View attachment 957996

Now, this is awesome, it's my second Flyers jersey in a row from this mystery pull (the previous one was a blank of this style), I like Sanheim, but of course, on a day like this, I get a side of proper Fanatics weirdness.

FWIW the sleeve numbers appear to be from the current Jerseys... the black border is missing. Don't know if you can do anything now... but if you want it to be as they wore on the ice, you may want to try to have it corrected. (I have an image of the way it should be, but don't think I can post it now.)

Yeah, that was the proper Fanatics weirdness I was alluding to, and probably part of why the guy who runs the mystery jersey thing had it available at the price he runs it for. ($85 plus shipping, generally works out to $105-110) They probably had to wholesale out all the error and out of date jerseys, and he bought them all up for his business. Most of the stuff I get from this is either blanks or guys who have already moved on (Drouin Canadiens, DeBrincat Senators, Kane Blackhawks, Neal Penguins, which I got out of the house as soon as I could humanly manage it), this is the first one where it's a player still on the team. He does have some good stuff, though, I've gotten two autographed jerseys out of the deal (Max Domi and Trevor Linden).

I might get the numbers adjusted to the right ones eventually, but honestly, I think the first customization I want to do with these is get my blank Flames jersey customized as a Gaudreau.
