I had a feeling the Jets were going to draft positionally.

Kuzmin as the only prospect at LD, with a similar frame to Heinola, is not too exciting for the future.

Hope we get to see this kid with Salomonsson in the rookie tourney in the fall.

Agreed, this looks like a positional draft pick. A slight reach, but not overly so. It does help us add an extra LHD in our pool.

“Ridiculously good skater who’s game started to look better in his own zone as the season progressed” Mark Edwards

Scout Brad Allan really likes his toolkit and thinks he will play in some capacity in the NHL.

I really like this pick at first glance on paper. I look forward to seeing some of his game tape.

Junior numbers aren't bad, only 2 d-men with more points than him- Sahlin Wallenius and Noel Fransen but he seems to have a bit of size on those two other guys.
