He is driving the rangers entire offense at 22.
Mika/kreder/Panarin should have a lot left in the tank.
Waving at a saucer pass in front of the net isn’t going to be enough to get by FLA….
Going to actually have to drive to the net and pay the price…
I have no faith that Panarin will. Absolutely none. Honestly, marner would be better on a line with Laf if you’re worried about producing in the reg season. Both guys are elite passengers. When the going gets tough, they fold.
People will blame wheeler, but Zibby hung him out to dry there.
He knows the team is changing, and he still throws that weak shit limp wristed pass to the middle and Barkov is shot out of a cannon the other way. What’s wheeler supposed to do???? Read the ice for Christ sakes Mika

Honestly, besides laf/tro there’s no where to go but up for our top line guys. Besides Kreiders natural trick, none of them have even been a factor since.

Only thing about this series that gives me hope. Trocheck is huge too. But Trocheck is old enough that I worry about winning the cup with him here.

I used to sometimes avoid the Laf thread because of the amount of shit posting negativity.
NOW the Laf thread is a REFUGE from the current (warranted and UNwarranted) negativity on most of the rest of this board.
How the worm has turned... the thread is completely transformed... is there anything this kid can't do?

The way he's playing, if he can stay healthy he's going to be a great player for many years. He's noticeable in every game in the last two rounds. He's got physicality, finesse, vision, and now the speed he needs.

And unlike Bread, he's not an east-west player. He plays a straight line game and you can find him fighting for pucks in the blue plaint every night.

Do we give him the 8 year contract? how much is that going to cost? Something similar to Hughes?
