I expect Alex to go back home for the entire summer and enjoy time with his family and workout on his own, then make the move over permanently for the AHL season and then likey the NHL when he turns 20 or soon thereafter (late January).

I could see Holtz being on the main roster before the 2021-2022 season ends.

If I had to guess that’s what the plan is, he seems to be next in line once some of the other younger forwards get an extended look (Thompson,Foote etc)

Id look for Maltsev to get a major look going forward along with Foote and, next season, Ohkotyuk. I like Nikita's game and think he can handle the NHL pace defensively
