An impact, maybe. But let's not pretend that's anything more than Kopitar & Kempe +NPC LW.

Turcotte + Kopitar this season has been significantly better than Kopitar sans Turcotte.

59% xgf and 55% scf with Turcotte, vs. 49% and 47% without.

Like he said.

It's better than any other player, and Turcotte amplifies everyone in the lineup.

Hell Turcotte away from Kopitar is 61xgf% and 60scf%

Getting pretty sick of the f***ing excuses, first it was 'soft competition' now it's 'carried by Kopitar.' it's time to just admit he's good, folks, and he kicks ass anywhere he's put in the lineup.

One of those players who is better than his stats are showing. His motor & work ethic is better than his offensive awareness. After getting drafted, he never had one great statistical season. That says something.

At this point its just a miracle he might end up with 35-40 points. Many had given up on him.

Won't be seeing him again!

Turcotte has earned his way up next to Kopitar and Kempe and making an impact every night, looking every bit the diet Richards/Toews we envisioned, leading the Kings in xGF and only behind his linemates in GF%, with 22 GF and 11 GA, fewest against on the Kings., and you can see why when you watch him play.

Maybe he'll come back after Turc broke .5PPG due to his three point effort tonight. Breaking that barrier under 13 minutes per game is kind of hard. Helps to be 21st in the NHL in 5 on 5 P/60 (1st on the Kings).

Or he's praying for a 13 game scoreless streak for the planned meeting at game 50 to discuss the topic.

He's heating up and really starting to believe and you love to see it.

6 g 14 p in last 22 games (when he got moved up in lineup)

That's a 22 goal 52 point pace to go with his elite off-puck play and the pace increases monthly, i'ts no longer a stretch to think he could be a 60-70 point guy in the Diet Mike richards/Jonathan toews mold (with obvious change in scoring era to be fair) and pairing that with his astounding analytics means he's super valuable in our lineup.
