The guy is having a great season he's almost a PPG guy he's going to get another contract from someone because clearly the skill Hasn't left him but who will pay him? does Montreal keeps him? or does he hit the market?

It will largely depend on the term. I'd say anywhere between 5.75M to 7M over 3 years probably? I can't see him taking a pay cut.

No reason for Montreal to let him go. He seems to be having a great time.

He seems like a guy that is all about the money though I could see him wanting to hit free agency I don't see him taking any lesd than top dollar

Where did you get that from? I get the exact opposite from what we see of him.

Don't forget, Montreal has many Russians on the team, with more to come.

I don't see MTL giving him up, he will re-sign here. Quickly becoming a fan favourite and seems like a guy who will thrive with the pressure and atmosphere at the Bell Centre.

Quickly becoming my favourite hab.

I would give him 8x5. Hes been that good. He is one of few who creates goals on his own.

He took less money to come to North America.

He also wanted to a two-year deal but chose a one-year from Montreal because he wanted to play there.

Early days yet, but I don't see him leaving. He'll be 3 days shy of 31 on UFA day 2017. I'd be comfortable with a 4 year $24 million deal.

He took less money to play in a VASTLY superior I see him going for top Dollar in the NHL maybe that's with Montreal but maybe not

No way he leaves Mtl.

He wants to be back and the Habs want him back.

I also hope MB sign him before the end of the season, so i will have to expose Plekanec to expansion draft.

i see 4 X 6,5M$/per or 5 X 6,0M$/per
