They don't make room for prospects that don't have to pass through waivers.

As for Duke over Elvenes,

And Krebs looked more like he should be a natural C at the WJC so I'm not sure why they're playing him on wing.

Every analyst I've ever heard talk about him seems convinced Krebs is a left wing in the NHL.
