Coming up for the game next Thursday vs those hated Belleville Senators...looking forward to it! Combined with dinner and a beer at Collision Bend Brewing will make it a good night
With the current recalls in Columbus is the roster glut in Cleveland better? Or are some "important" guys still sitting?Monsters lose 5-3. Had plenty of chances to be in the game, but couldn't capitalize. Couldn't get the momentum. Tarasov had 23 saves on 26 shots. He hasn't been bad in his games played.
NopeMonsters getting smoked. 5-0 middle of the 2nd. Cajan out, Tarasov now in. First 3 goals were PP goals, one being a 5 on 3. Cajan never had a chance. Monsters haven't really created a decent scoring chance. Bears goalie leads the league in GAA and save pct. Wonder if they will even score.
Any idea who is in goal tonight since I am coming to the game? Should I expect LDBB to be in the lineup?Monsters getting smoked. 5-0 middle of the 2nd. Cajan out, Tarasov now in. - I'm always there when the gates open, so I can't help you re: how quickly the garage fills up.Any idea who is in goal tonight since I am coming to the game? Should I expect LDBB to be in the lineup?
Edited: surface lot says $33 and garage says $10 for Monsters games. So garage it is. Sounds like it opens 3 hours prior to game so that should work. Still have a question though...
Wanted to go to dinner at Collision Bend and park down in the Flats. Then drive up for the game getting to the garage around 645. Does the garage typically fill up quickly and do I need to make other plans?
Could I park at the garage around 5:30 and maybe just Uber down to Collision Bend and back?
Thanks, does the garage open by 5:30?- I'm always there when the gates open, so I can't help you re: how quickly the garage fills up.
- 6:45 seems pretty tight to see faceoff given the ultratight security at RMFH (the one big league facility I've been to that sill insists on the "pull everything out of your pockets" metal detectors).
- DBB should play, we barely have 18 skaters as it is
- no idea re: goalie
- no idea re: the Flats or Uber (two things I usually avoid)
Like Jackets Woodchuck said, 6:45 would be pushing it if we get a decent crowd. Being a Thursday chances are the crowd will be smaller, so it may work out. The atrium at the arena opens at 5:30 and that is when I get there also.Any idea who is in goal tonight since I am coming to the game? Should I expect LDBB to be in the lineup?

I really wanted to show my buddy the East Bank of The Flats since they fixed it up but might have to save it for next summer when we can sit outside along the boardwalk. Schedule just too tight anyway. So just gonna hit Southern Tier Brewing Company on Prospect so we can hoof it from garage to dinner to game.
You watching or just boxscore? Id be curious to see what led up to Malatesta getting a 2, 5 and 10 for fighting SokolovTwo fights in first 12 minutes. I think Cleveland and Belleville don’t like each other
Not sure what that fight was about. I don't think the Bellville player knew either because when he got in the box he looked at Malatesta and was like WTF? Malatesta took out the goalie earlier, but it wasn't on purpose and no one scuffled about it.You watching or just boxscore? Sounds like he just picked the biggest guy on the ice and went after himNot sure what that fight was about. I think so. He was trying to fire up the guys. They looked awful against Hershey and maybe he sensed they are flat again.Sounds like he just picked the biggest guy on the ice and went after him
