As a Pens fan I do think it's a bad hit but I will also say that Acciari kinda Lindrosed himself a bit as well by skating with his head down that low near the boards. Like that's just asking to get concussed like that.

No question Acciari sorta stumbles and lunges forward. I think Dillon had time though and and the part of the clip shown from the far side and Dillon's back shows him slightly leave his feet.

Anyway he hits him is gonna hurt, but there's a way to make that hit and make it clean.

Yeah no horse in this race, but Acciari was in full stride with his head out in the forward position like it's a photo finish and Dillon went to close the gap and caught him in the head.
