For Willie D, it was Jayson Megna. For Tocchet it's PDG. As baffling as it is for outsiders, I guess they have their reasons.

PDG has been a solid bottom-six player who's had some streaks of excellent play as a Canuck. And he's paid his dues on the farm on a number of occasions as well.

Megna was comically misplayed all over the lineup for absurd amounts of time by Willie D, and was largely pilloried by the fandom for being played well over his head.

I don't think these two are comparable at all. Credit to Megna for sticking around as a journeyman player and getting his name on the Cup, though.

Sure helps having Linus Karlsson back and a healthy Wolanin.
That's true IMO. Wolanin showing best form he's shown for quite a long while.

Hope Karlsson can bring something to Vancouver but not overly confident.

DiGuiseppe, at his best, probably ahead of someone like Sasson although Sasson has been better than expected.
