I never have to worry about the Leafs winning. Not for the last 50+ years...

But the Leafs are the heavy favorite and notorious for choking. This is gonna be drama filled!

Do Sens fans realize Ullmark is literally the biggest playoff choker….

Vezina Ullmark was barely NHL caliber in that series vs Florida

How much fun would a Leafs v Habs Conference Final be? The atmosphere would be electric. Both cities rocking. Really nothing like we’ve seen in 60 years. And add in social media and coverage now, compared to then. Wow!
Who would want two crappy teams playing each other in the Conference Final?

The good news for Michael Andlauer is that by playing the Leafs in the playoffs they won't have to tarp over empty seats.
I doubt there would be any empty seats regardless of the opponent. It's been 8 long years, Sens fans are chomping at the bit.

Regardless of how good the two clubs are, the electricity of those specific two team in the Conference Final would be nothing like we’ve seen. Those cities (and regions) have literally millions of hockey fans. And in today’s world of media it would be crazy cool. Oilers, Jets, and Sens would create a lot of interest too if two of them matched up, but it wouldn’t be to the level of Leafs v Habs.

So we are just going with your feelings then?
Stolarz led the league in save% and was 3rd in GAA.
But sure keep telling yourself you have the better goalie.
It will be interesting to see how the goalies perform. Ullmark doesn't have the best track record although he was playing injured during that Florida series. Stolarz has only played in one playoff game relieving Bob and allowing 3 goals on 19 shots. He's also only played 142 games in 8 years. Can he handle playing every other night? I wouldn't put money on either of them as it may end up being a draw: be it good, or bad.

I don’t think the Sens will fold if scored on early, but I do see them pressing more for offence and showing a lack of maturity in their game. I see the Sens turning picks over in bad situations which lead to high danger rush chances against. Leafs will run away with those games.

It was a cheeky comment based on someone thinking if the sens score first the Leafs may crumble.

8-0 in his last 8 with 3 shutouts feels like the right time to get hot

Wouldn't it be great Karma if the Leafs are up in the series clinching game, Ottawa net empty and Knies gets a breakaway unleashing slap shot into the net to put the game away

Maybe I’m out of touch as I’m not in ontario

Like the other hockey guys on the panel had to be reminded of the incident
