This from the AV's board at 3-0. lol. Didn't age well. The usual shit talking there about our club and so many quoting our board. Figured I'd do the same.

ps several AV's fans figured Manson was drunk as well. Like how bad can one D be in a game? Manson:hold my beers!

Ratanon stuck out his skate in an attempt to trip McDavid moments before the latter scored the GTG. He is a big bitch. Of course no call was made. It is no wonder McDavid is playing with more aggression; he has been putting up with non-calls for his entire career.

Feels like we’re watching a team on the verge of something very special. If Bowman can do his job and add a piece or two, anything to improve this team, then I think that puts us over the top.

Add a dman, maybe a forward or goalie for insurance and we’re probably the best in the league.

It’s the mentality of the team that shines the most this season. They are so well coached, so dedicated to playing the right way, when you’ve got this level of talent that’s fully bought in you can win it all.

Also I think the Nucks caught the Flames curse. Maybe they both got too cocky after winning game 1 and the hockey gods didn’t like it. Flames absolutely fell to pieces after we beat them and they had a great season before. Looking like the same story for the Canucks. If their stars want out in the next few months it is eerily similar. Hughes only has a couple years left, they appear to be f***ed.

Oilers are a team of destiny, the pretenders fade away and fade away fast.

A couple small huge plays. The Bouch Bomb winner happens because of a great Draisaitl board battle puck strips that he moves to McDavid who feeds Bouchard. And Skinner with about 20 seconds left stones a long seam pass from MacKinnon on the tape of Rantanen who one times a hard shot on net. That PP breakaway save was also likely a turning point. If that goes it the game is quite possibly done.

Oil were very resilient chipping away from a poor start and big hole. Game didn't get to four and they tilted the ice with a dominating game after playing last night. Lots of character on display.
