And yes I think it was a successful season. Avs seem like a pretty good team.

Doesnt feel like it but this was a good step. Good experience for the leadership core.
All three series brought a lot of experience I think, of different kinds.

Im excited to see what the team can do with a better goaltender, and hopefully with some young guns taking some steps, making the roster.

Oh, and that Calgary series is a highlight for sure.

Absolutely was. I was hoping for one round and we won 2. It's just a shame Smith crumbled. Holland NEEDS to get a good starter next year. No if's, and's or but's.

Excellent season. Hard to believe it now, but we were very close to missing the playoffs completely until woodcroft came in.

He got a whole lot out of this squad considering all the holes. Our D and goaltending is putrid, and going into next season with anything close to what we have should be a fireable offence

Our entire leadership core is on the wrong side of 25, and a few of our players has career years. Hopefully some of our prospects can take the next step or next year might be rough.

The injuries sour this. Give all the Avs their missing guys and just get our guys to 100% and it would be a different series

Disappointing to go out in four but it was a successful season.

Remember the dark times around the Tippett firing. This team came a long way but the holes that need fixing became pretty obvious this deep in the playoffs.

Keep building and beat them next year.

I’m proud of this team and winning two rounds is a heck of an accomplishment. Holland has the off-season to clear some cap and find us a goaltender.

It was. We are sorely missing a legit starting goalie and a true #1 shutdown defenceman.

And depth. McDavid and Draisaitl had to have the highest scoring playoffs since the cap was implemented for them to get this far. Think about that.

Woodcroft was just awful this series. Like had no idea what he was doing at any point. Who sees Smith play three exact games in a row being junk and thinks yea lets throw him out there for the final game of the season.

Man do we ever have our seasons end in f***ing ugly ways. The trolls on the mains are going to jerk their sausages all summer to this one...

We actually had a lot of the same issues the Flames did against us throughout the series. Even when we played great, it wasn't nearly enough, mostly due to bad goaltending. We threw everything we had at them and the Avs shrugged it off as if it was nothing!
