also better than 3v3. none of it represents playoff hockey in any way, just a gimmick way to end games "excitingly" even though both have become incredibly boring over the years. 3v3 is just keepaway, and players in shootouts now have zero creativity

I think there might be a thick layer of hair gel clogging the part of his brain responsible for making rational shootout decisions. Either that or he’s just spinning a wheel labeled “Who Wants to Embarrass Themselves?”

Our shootout woes are caused by a negative feedback loop of our terrible shooters practicing their moves on our leaky goaltenders. Walker must be king of the goons.
