Not hockey, But Pat Barry was murking Cheick Kongo before getting slept from the bottom. Also Derrick Lewis was getting spanked for 14 minutes and 30 seconds of a 15 minute fight but slept Volkov. So it be interesting to come up with some hockey versions of these scenarios. I agree OP

One of the great ones of all time considering the build up to the fight was Georges Laraque vs Donald Brashear (I think their last fight)…

The two of them have a long feud and absolutely hate one another.

Laraque thinks he’s finished the fight, seems to let up a bit, Brasher lands a huge punch square to the melon and puts him on his butt.

This one is a little different when you watch it now, but at the time, in real time, it looked like Wendel was about to put Kordic down, and then just as quickly a second later it looks like Kordic is about to put Wendel down and that the refs may have had to save him:
