Pool: 9th Annual C4G WJC Pool: Ongoing Updates

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Worth the risk here though

I don't think the chances Levi/Garand are starting are really much higher and they both went a lot earlier

Yup I decided to take the risk. I was thinking about Lukas Parik and hope for a Czech win or two, but still not sure if he's the starter or not. So in the end it was between Gauthier and Piiroinen. Possibly a slightly bigger chance of Piiroinen playing but decided it was worth it if Gauthier ends up as the starter.

I think three of us have a german player, so I am the same.. lol. Tbh I have a german goalie and I don't have any idea if he will play anyway so we'll see.
 
Well, I feel better about my team than in the past pools. So that should mean I fall flat on my ass and finish at the bottom. Managed to get 2 Flames picks so that I have something to blame when it happens.

Looks like Hatakka will be paired with Heinola on 1st pair. :)

Not a bad pick at the last round, took him knowing he is an "A" so thought he'll have a decent role.

I was told Blomqvist would be starter with pretty much certainty. I was lied to.

Debated between Blomqvist and Alnefelt but wanted the "sure thing". I'm off to a great start.

Yeah I thought Blomqvist would be the starter, but didn't know for sure. Usually I try to stay out of getting Finns so I can blame every other country if I do poorly :sarcasm:

I also just don't know how Finns will do.. either its amazing or horrid.
