Hayward was in full on denial on Sunday. He kinda had a "the Kings are good but listen to why I think the Ducks are better" mantra going. It is like he can't allow himself to believe what he knows is true.

Maybe he wants to keep his job.

We all saw what happened to Drew Remenda when he told the truth that the Kings were the better team. The Sharks sent him packing after 20 seasons.

The Kings are better at every critical position depth wise to win championships, including the mental part. And Hayward just can't except the fact that if they play again in the playoff, they're ****ed.
