Nah it's a fair statement. It's when the sentiment goes "we'd have won if..." That's the bit that grinds my gears. Saying that the goalie stole a game is a compliment to the goalie.

Do you know how much guts it takes to block a dozen shots from the worlds top players? Burns? Weber? These are hard f'ing shots. Kudos to Russia for putting their bodies on the line.

You might be neutral but it doesn't make you right. Canada is outshooting them 33-15. Scoring chances are likely double as well. All the play in the Russian end.
