I admire the Sedins a lot and how they work together but on the PP sometimes it's good to move it to the point. OEL was wide open and same for Karlsson backdoor. Awful PP.

He does so many things well in the defensive zone but are ignored because he doesn't play a "rugged" game. It does result in tunrovers occasionally, but 95% of the time, it's a seamless and quick breakout.
Rugged as in "doesn't always hit". He throws hits and blocks a good amount of shots, but I guess it all comes down to that he isn't Canadian.

If the Russians keep this level of lame defense up, the Swedes will eventually take advantage. Not liking their performance so far.

Didn't you see that play where he didn't hit his own teammate in practice?!

Russia needs to puck the puck on the net and drive after rebounds. It's going to come down to bounces. Pretty plays not working.

3rd line with söderberg backlund landeskog looks great! I also like the work ethic of the 4th line! They're definently starting to look like a team.

Pretty even game but i think Sweden was abit better but our PP is really bad right now

I guess they failed at learning the Soviet school, most of the passes get read or picked off. That completely goes against the Soviet hockey school.

they are actually great at working down low and then setting up the point for a one timer...not sure wtf they were doing on that PP.

Agreed, that's why I said I really admire them but I think they should move it a bit more right now. They are too static.
