How does a game like this tell that?
Ypu put Matthews to that Finnish team and you think he starts dominating out there?

The kids line is +/- 0 in this game and hasn't gotten dominated every shift.

Well he has been the most hyped player in the 2016 draft. I don't expect him to change the game, but you would expect to notice him and a few flashes of brilliance. Seems to have mailed it in since his team can't win.

I feel bad for watching the game because every time I watch Risto I jinx him. He is always terrible 5 on 5 when I see him. Must be bad luck. That or he's a PP specialist and HFBoards just hasn't realized it yet.

There are like 15 guys that deserve to be in the "Bad" section before Risto

Thank u. Sure Matthews will be a special player but i highly doubt everyone wanna hear about some of u leafs fans getting hard every time Matthews touches the puck. I like Matthews but people like the guy u responded to make other fans dislike other teams top players because they just cant shut up haha

Admittedly it's been nice to see Matthews do well, but a lot of other teams are doing well for team NA tonight. I've liked Rielly too.

Most Leaf fans are pretty reasonable in saying that other plays have been good.

The Gaudreau-Eichel line and Drouin-RNH-MacKinnon line has been good too.

Haha, cmon Finnish fans, you know you would dig at us Leafs fans a little bit if it was the other way around. It's literally the first game our 1st overall pick is playing in the ACC, while we shouldn't go overboard- expect a little bit of stroking and digging.

That said, NA has played unreal.
