Refs probably want to calm the game down. That being said, I don't understand why Marty was penalized.

another reason I don't like the over the top criticism of Biz... after bad hits, refs are looking to throw guys in his role out of the game before they have a chance to exact the revenge we'd like them to.... not to mention whatever restraints his coach has on him we're not aware of...

Apparently, Klesla had to be rolled onto the stretcher, but was waving to the crowd after Vrbata talked to him. Really hope he's okay.

I obviously haven't seen the hit, so don't take this as me saying Nolan should be suspended, but they have videos of the these games even if they aren't on TV, right? So that NHL HQ can take a look at it?

Just saw replay of the hit and Nolan clearly left his feet and made contact first with the head from blind side. Likely suspension. Rule 48.

We could lose Biz to an automatic 10 game suspension for him leaving the bench. Still I give him mad props for having a pair when it matters the most. If only he left the bench when Dustin Brown took out Rozi in Game 5 of the WCF.

its what he is paid for the ONLY reason

if he gets kicked out of the game it doesn't really hurt the team if he takes someone with him.
