If Kreider and Miller are in it creates a pretty weird combination of players in the bottom six

What wing has Miller been playing in Hartford?

I can't imagine they would want to put Miller and Kreider on the same line, it'd be a defensive liability.

You're looking at a bottom six with these players:

Asham
Boyle
Halpern
Miller
Kreider

I believe he was playing center. Someone please correct if if I'm wrong.

I think we'll see Boyle and Halpern on the 3rd line, Miller and Asham on the 4th. Not sure which Kreider and Powe will play on.
 
Why the hell is Bickel even still with this team?! Gilroy and Eminger have proven to be better than him even though they can have their moments too. We have other guys who are willing to fight, I just can't think of any reason Bickel stays after all the defensive blunders he's had dating back to last year but a guy like Ferriero who provided speed and energy messes up once and he's sent down...

Miller was playing center. He played RW in the OHL. My guess:

Kreider-Boyle-Halpern
Powe-Miller-Asham
 
Sigh...I didn't want it to come to this. But I'm packing a few things, heading to Newark, and will proceed with Operation: Kidnap Bickel. If anyone needs him he'll be in Guadalajara Mexico. This nonsense needs to stop.

I think it will be a one goal game.
3-2 or 2-1 with rangers winning.

Don't know too much about Miller and his style of play to make an in depth prediction.
I think he will have a fairly quiet game, but anything more would be great!

Too bad Mash isn't playing, hopefully Powe will pest the hell out of the Devils.

Hoping to see that second line come and play as hard as they did in Tampa.

I'm so sick of the Devils. Just when I thought the hatred would minimize a little last year, they go and knock us out of the Conference finals and then proceed to **** the bed like a AA bantam team in the finals.

I dont care how it is done, could care less about style points tonight. Just get two points and leave that dirty-ass city.

Nash - Richards - Gaborik
Kreider - Stepan - Pyatt
Hagelin - Boyle/Miller - Miller/Boyle
Powe - Halpern - Asham

or

Nash - Richards - Gaborik
Hagelin - Stepan - Pyatt
Kreider - Boyle - Miller
Powe - Halpern - Asham

Either way i'm liking how the 4th line looks 100x's better then when either Bickel or Rupp was there. Hope Miller shows something of himself and sticks. Would make this team a lot more lethal once Callahan comes back.
 
Excited to see Miller. Kreider in? Bickel was in a D practice jersey so looks like he's not gonna be in at F today. Who knows though with Torts.

If Kreider is in does Torts run a 4th line of Kreider - Miller - Powe? That could be a defensive disaster. I don't see him breaking up the top two lines considering how they are playing.

Kreider - Boyle - Miller
Powe - Halpern - Asham

I'd go with something like that.

Miller unlike Kreider is a very heady player. And naturally handles his defensive responsibilities. The line would be fine defensively.

Not positive but what would you guys think if Halpern/Powe is sometimes shifted with Kreider and Miller assuming they actually stay together Boyle is gonna be the trailer on every play if Miller and Kreider are on his wings :dunno:
