Will be tough to hit 100 but they have the Hawks and Blue Jackets for the last two games of the season.

All depends on where the Pens are in the standings to see if he plays or rests up for the playoffs.

Crosby is one even strength point away from tying Mario Lemieux for 13th in career Even Strength Points at 951. Only 8 players have eclipsed 1,000 even strength points.

Crosby is now the 6th player in NHL history to score 1,700 points (regular season and playoffs combined) for one franchise:

All those games lost to injuries, lockouts, and COVID…he would genuinely be chasing down 2,000 points. Regardless, it seems increasingly inevitable that he enters the top-10 in point scoring, surrounded by players who played out their primes in a vastly higher scoring era. Top-5 of all time.

If he scores another 90 points next year, he will be top 10.

Also, here's the most points scored by a player aged 35 or older in a season:

With 2 assists tonight, Crosby has reached 60 assists in a season for the 7th time in his career.

And surprisingly, this will be his first time with a 90 point season (he's had six 100 point seasons, and five 80 point seasons).

Crosby is now the 6th player in NHL history to score 1,700 points (regular season and playoffs combined) for one franchise:

Wow he just might lead this list one day...until McDavid passes him.

Just my first thought to this.

My favourite Crosby stat from this season is 82 games played <3

He will always be a bit of a “what-if” losing so much time just as he was hitting his absolute zenith in 2010/11 but happy to see such a legend healthy and playing great hockey this late into his career.

For a while looked like we might never see a healthy Crosby again.
