Might be an unpopular opinion but I really don’t think Helleson is any good. I’m fine with him as a 7/8, but I don’t see a long term regular there.

He looks *decent* because he plays simple and he's not Gudas or Trouba. He's never going to be anything more than that though and that's okay. Just need the 2 RD in front of him to be better.

I felt kind of bad for the players seeing them go to center ice with the lower bowl all but empty but I really f***ing hope that image haunts Verbeek and the Samuelis. On fan appreciation night they choke away a 2 goal lead to an AHL team that played last night, this was seriously the most embarassing loss of the season.

This entire coaching staff has no business in this league and Verbeek needs to clean house. It won't happen, but it really should.
